Former COI for Agribusiness Client Recognized by SBA

Recently, the Small Business Association (SBA) named Will Harris, III, owner and president of White Oak Pastures, as Georgia’s 2011 Small Business Person of the Year. A former client of the COI for Agribusiness, White Oak Pastures is the largest certified organic farm in Georgia as well as the largest solar barn in the Southeast. Last month, Harris was also recognized as a district winner of the Environmental Ag Stewardship Award. He and other top entrepreneurs from around the country will be honored May 18-20 in Washington, D.C. during the SBA’s National Small Business Week. Read more…
